HONOR AGREEMENT

​ A Job-Opportunity you as a Team-Player found by using the unique concept of zipCAT’s construction app .  The Team-Player buys a job or supplies materials for a Job-Task and is willing to pay zipCAT’s a modest finder’s fee of 5% to “buy” the Job.  The Seller, Listing the Job-Task offers to pay the buyer the “Job-Price” they Listed. zipCAT gives both Buyer of the Job & Seller offering the Job 3-days to accept or decline the Job-Task, as the Job will appear in a “Pending” status until either party (Buyer or Seller) accepts or declines the Job Listing. If either Buyer or Seller do not decline the Transaction within the 72-hour period, zipCAT considers the Transaction accepted, and the 5% finder’s-fee is charged.  Should either party decline, the Job-Task Listing will automatically be re-published, and available for purchase by a new zipCAT Team-Player to have the opportunity until the Job Listing expires. When the Job-Task is “Declined” by either party, the zipCAT Finder’s-Fee is released back to the Team-Player the potential “Buyer” of the Job-Task.

3-Strike Rule​: Very Important as a Team-Player of zipCAT to understand this Rule. As a Team-Player you must be transparent and honest regarding the Purchase Price and Sales Price of Direct and Indirect-Sales along with Fair Market Value on Listing’s that are Posted for Free. The zipCAT’s platform was designed in trying to gain our Team-Players Additional Sales and Services from the Initial-Sale(s).  If a Team-Player is deemed dishonest or circumvents the zipCAT platform by not answering correctly to avoid having to pay the apps Finder’s Fee of a Secondary Transaction in any zipCAT transaction(s), they receive a “strike”.  If a Team-Player receives 3- Strikes, within 1 year, then that Team-Player is Suspended from zipCAT for 6-months. If a Team-Player is Suspended Twice, the Team-Player will be Banned from zipCAT, and is considered not an Honorable Team-Player
