They also recognized the financial benefit of being able to sell, or repurpose, those left-over materials, indicative of the ole’ saying, “One person’s waste is another person’s grace.” Another important belief they upheld was the value of honorability and trustworthiness by networking with individuals and other contractors for building, and maintaining a strong business transparency. His Father built his first house on a hand-shake in 1950 and that is how it should be now, your word is your bond.
